Sure you can re-marry. But better check with the VA or DOD (appropiate branch...army, navy, etc.), to see what the "fine print says." There might be a time limit, there might be some docked monies (adjusted income). Some "double dip" laws and re-marrying laws (concerning deceased veteran's spousal benefits) were made back in the 1980s and 1990s.
Yes it is legal
No, He was engaged to Matilda Hoffmann who died at age 17. He never married or became engaged again.

After he married and subsequently divorced Emily (Cissy) Houston (Whitney's mom), he got married again, to a woman named Peggy, with whom he had a daughter Alana.
A veteran is someone who's done things before, and you usually enlist in the military. A good sentence would be "The veteran wanted to enlist again, but was too old."
Well the easiest way is to practice again and again until you do it :)

If you are currently married you cannot get married again until you obtain a legal divorce.
I got married in the middle of receiving unemployment. I did not have to claim any of his wages. I drew it in ILAnother answer:Where unemployment issues (benefits or otherwise) have nothing to do with whether a claimant is or is not (or does or does not get) married, the question seems moot and without validity and therefore not reportable. If a state's employment office wants to know of the household's total income, that might be a different matter, but, again, it's up to individual states and their own requirements.
If her husband dies or she gets a divorcee then she could get married again
because she married again
No. Jon and Kate Gosselin are not getting married again. They were divorced in 2009.
They aren't getting married again..
In general, no - the contract between the government and the veteran, which determines which benefits apply, is terminated upon the veteran's death (assuming benefits extended until that time). Though there may have been allowances for dependents, again, the contract is with the veteran and not the dependents. The exception is any SGLI (Serviceman's Group Life Insurance Policy) benefits, which are similar to any term life insurance settlement. It depends solely on those designated by the veteran for benefit payment upon the veteran's death.
Yes
