Yes. No matter which of the two countries you were married in, you are married until one of you dies or you get a judgment of divorce signed by a judge. You can still divorce your husband, even if he lives in a foreign country. You can still divorce your husband, even if you cannot find him. You cannot legally remarry until you obtain a divorce.

Find another guy to marry or sue him....
yes i would for sure file a divorce against this so called "husband" of yours. if he is still married to another woman, and still interacting with her. get out of there honey, find a new man. As far as I know, you were never legally married. Have him arrested for Bigamy (married to more than one person at a time), and sue him for child support if you have any children by him. GET A LAWYER!!! Bigamy is a felony.
that just means that the lady is cheating on her husband to be with your husband

Yes. If you have made and documented every effort to locate your husband and cannot find him you can get permission from the court to publish a "motion to serve" in the newspaper. If you still can't get his attention to serve him with divorce papers within 60 days, you'll go back to get a new summons and additional time. It is pretty much up to the judge from that point forward.
if your mom has not been married to your mom's husband , then you wouldn't have born to ask the question. first of all it's 'marry' and second, people find ways of having children and not being married every day.
