honestly, this is among the dumbest questions i have ever seen, unless you meant master ball.

Great balls: buy them, maybe?

Master ball: Get the Jubiliffe tv lotto number to exactly match the id number of five of your Pokemon. The best way to do this is to trade a friend five Pokemon and wait until they pull your friend's i.d number. To the best of my knowledge they will never pull your id number, so get to trading.
