I'm sure it's possible, but very hard. The only thing that helped me through my addiction was having a support system of people who were going through the same thing as me and getting the tools needed to keep a sober life. I went to Palm Beach Institute in West Palm Beach and it changed my life. Palm Beach Institute Reviews on the internet will be able to show you how tons of other people overcame their addictions with the help of a rehab center. Good luck!
no
She's in rehab for drugs and depression.
Drug rehab gets you sober from drug using and a detox cleans your body from the toxins and drugs. Detox only keeps you long enough to get the drugs out of your system. Rehab helps with some after care to help you stay off of them.
Believe it or not MOST drugs take even longer to get off of than what rehab keeps you for. That's why 90% of all drug addicts relapse.
the time she was in rehab up in till the point she got home

I would guess it's a place to get over the most severe part of recovery without temptations?

She was, then had to go to rehab and stopped
Rehab helps a person become drug-free for a couple reasons. Firstly it gives them a drug-free environment in which to go through their detox. Additionally, by placing themselves in a drug-free environment there is not the pressure to do the drugs. This removal of pressure to do drugs is important because it allows the participant to concentrate on the counseling services that are most times offered at rehab. By doing both of these things rehab is basically retraining the participant to live without the drug that they were depending on for their everyday life. That way when they return to the world, where there is no structure, they will hopefully have worked through their issues enough to deal with them, have learned to live without the drug and have found a community of people to help them live without drugs.
Well, rehab is a great place for people addicted to drugs. They offer a variety of services that helps patients' overcome their addiction and quit overall.
