Normally, no. Tubal ligation is generally considered to be permanent Birth Control, natural or artificial insemination. The path that eggs and sperm would follow in order to meet has been permanently blocked. In vitro fertilization (test tube babies) may still be possible. In that case, egg cells are removed from the mother, and fertilized outside the body,and returned to the womb.

As crazy as it seems, after all you went through to prevent pregnancy, the longer it has been since you had your tubes tied, the effectiveness of the surgery drops slightly over the years. It is thought advancing maternal age - which decreases fertility, will pick up the slack (so to speak).
