If you put water on fabric, it is "water" on both sides. If you put a semi-solid like Jello on one side, it would make a wet spot on the other side, but it would not ooze Jello to the other side. So semen can make two sides of a fabric look wet, but sperm in the semen do not swim through fabric threads. The guy would need actual semen directly on his finger. But even then, the chance of pregnancy is slim to none.
