Highly unlikely that you are pregnant as the depo shot is one of the best methods of Birth Control. If you have not had a period, you should ask your doctor but I do know that it is common with depo users.

∙ 10y agoAll women who use Depo provera have changes in their bleeding. Some bleed more, and others bleed less. After the first year of use, you are likely not to have vaginal bleeding. If this is unacceptable to you, another method may be a better choice.

Most accidental pregnancies with Depo happen because the patient is late for her next injection, so be sure to keep on schedule and to have a backup method and emergency contraception on hand.
