Well, you can buy a disc buffer. But other than that, it's not real promising. You can wash the disc with toothpaste and it should run a little bit smoother.

I don't really know. If I want to get rid of scratchs on any CD I would just wash it with soap and then dry it our with paper towls and then it is ready to go.

It actually depends on what you mean by ring like a dirty ring cause if that's it you just take a towel and brush the ring off if that doesn't work you need a new game disc
