I don't really know. If I want to get rid of scratchs on any CD I would just wash it with soap and then dry it our with paper towls and then it is ready to go.
I heard that you put toothpaste on it.
if you are trying to get the toothpaste in the center through the whole of the CD then it may be possible
put toothpaste on the CD then clean it off with water
toothpaste works 4 old scratched cd's
all you have to do is squirt a blob ov toothpaste on th cd/DVD and thn rub it with a cloth > never tried it before though x
Take peanut butter, crest toothpaste and coke then mix the peanut butter with the toothpaste and rub it on the scratch and then let it soak in the coke for 20 minutes and it should work. Oh and if your hungry the toothpaste, peanut butter and coke taste really good together.
you can use toothpaste to clean your cd
all you need to do is put toothpaste on it leave it for 5 minutes thn wash it off and your finished
It depends how scratched it is, if it is not too scratched, try toothpaste. Rub toothpaste on the whole CD and leave it on for about 5 minutes. Then just clean it all off, dry it off and use it.
It's worked for me, however I only use a little bit.
you put a small dab of it on your finger and place it over the scratch. then wipe from the center of the CD out. get the toothpastes spread all around the scratch. then wash it off. if the scratch looks the same redo this process until the scratch becomes more darker.
You take the CD, walk over to your garbage can, and chuck it in.
