I would say yes because you are stealing someone elses in real life money. Although I highly doubt they will sue you over $13 or so.

RuneScape players tend to stay playing RuneScape then move to FrugooScape. Alot of people play FrugooScape because they havn't realised how much better RuneScape is or that they want to cheat in RuneScape, but they can't so they move to RuneScape.
