Generally not, unless the airport has a public health care facility with the vaccine in stock. In principle you should get shot with yellow fever vaccine a few days before travel, because sometimes adverse reactions occur. Furthermore, some countries where the vaccine is demanded upon entry, require at least 10 days elapsing between vaccination and entrance.

For Yellow Fever Vaccination it is best to go to the Airport Health Office Near Sahar International Airport, besides Ambassador In Flight Kitchen at Mumbai.
But Please note
- During holiday season (may-June / nov-dec) there would be many people travelling and hence queing up for this vaccination from early morning
- Friday and Mondays are generally rush days due to Saturday n Sunday being holidays.
- The centre opens at 10AM and registeration is done till 1130 AM.
Then the vaccination is done from 12PM onwards.
- Max 70 persons can be vaccinated per day
- if one is going for vaccination other than summer and winter holidays then you
may comfortably reach the centre by 830/900 AM, then you can be sure to be
in the 70 quota for that day.
- PASSPORT AND E-TICKET IS MANDATORY. E-TICKET SHOULD HAVE THE E-TICKET NUMBER otherwise you shall be sent back.
- One vial of the vaccine suffices 5 person. Hence if you are not in a block of 5 person then you would be required to wait for your registeration . Also, if you are in the 70 people quota for that day but you are not in a block for 5 persons, then you will not be registered and vaccinated. For example if you are the 31st-34th person for a day and then after you no one turns up, then no, 31-34 are the
unlucky ones and will not be registered or vaccinated.
- Charges are Rs 300, it is best advised to carry exact change in order to avoid inconvenience for the staff there as well as for yourself.
Please avoid centres where E-Ticket is not required since it shall be overcrowded as migrant labourers are normally in those centres.
