Yes, you can, but it is not at all straightforward.
I went to a Sony store and asked whether I could buy a Sony gift card for my grandmother to use to buy eReader books.
Several employees discussed it, browsed their own web site for answers, and ended up calling Sony customer service. In the end they told me that it would not work, and also told me that I couldn't purchase a gift certificate on the web unless I had a Reader myself. They referred me to Borders to buy a gift card which they claimed would work.
So I went to Borders and bought the card and gave it to my grandmother and...it didn't work. So I was out the $100.
I later discovered that you CAN buy an eBook gift certificate online at the Sony store, but only if you first install and run the bloated Reader software which will otherwise be utterly useless to you.
I don't understand why Sony makes it so hard for us to buy their stuff! But at least it is possible.

You can go to Sony Store USA and purchase digital books. At the library they will give you this clear member card for the digital books I mean at least they do where I'm from.
I was researching the topic and as of right now no. >_< You can not make a gift of your Playstation Store downloads as it is not a gift . You can as you know give anyone a Playstation network card. You can not give someone money already in your Playstation Wallet.
Then you are disappointed. That's it. No one owes someone else a gift. A gift is a gift and not an obligation.
NO
give her your love and a big gift give her your love and a big gift
I think good gift to give is a gift card that way the person can get what they want

You could give an iPhone as a gift. It begins with the letter i.
Yes, they gave a gift to you, but not to her.
If it's the official website, then no. Respectful companies never give viruses in their downloads to their customers.
Yes. It has some downloads to it that will give a virus to your computer.
