Yes, Hyland's is a homeopathic medicine, and one of the things it advertises is that it contains no aspirin, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, naproxen, pseudoephedrine or dextromethorphan. There is nothing in it for fever or pain.
The Hyland's website says, "There have been no reports of interactions between this product and ibuprofen or acetaminophen."
Hyland's Cold and Cough 4 Kids contains:
Allium Cepa (onions)
Hepar sulphuris calcareum (crude calcium sulfide)

Natrum Muriaticum (made from table salt)
Phosphorus

Cold medicine, Tylenol, Or a prescription from the doctor
Tylenol is usually already in most OTC cough syrups, you'll want to watch how much you take as Tylenol is toxic in high doses and can seriously damage your liver, not to mention kill you. (4000mgs+)

I think you mean TYLENOL. Tylenol is a North American brand of drugs for relieving pain, reducing fever, and relieving the symptoms of allergies, cold, cough, and flu.
It does for me. A doctor gave me my first prescription for Tylenol 3 as a cough suppressant after a bad chest cold and recommended cutting them in half and taking a half pill at bed time. Worked like a charm and without the vile taste of codeine cough syrup.

Of course not! Many cure diseases. Any drug that is used and abused more than prescribed can be harmful to your body. Cold medicine, flu medicine, tums, cough syrup, Tylenol, even vitamins!
The cough that accompanies a cold is usually intermittent and dry.
A legal medication you can buy without a prescription like Tylenol etc.
