Yes. Drink plenty of fluids. Use Tylenol, aspirin or an NSAID for fever or headache. This applies to Claritin (Loratadine) and not Claritin D (Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine)For Claritin D Yes. These medications each contain two drugs that treat two different conditions. Mucinex DM is an expectorant/cough suppressant. Claritin D is an antihistamine decongestant. Avoid Claritin D if you have high blood pressure or heart problems. If you develop a fever, take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin (ibuprofen) with any of these.Source: http://www.bjchealth.org/?id=5488&sid=3
A child should not take Benadryl along with Claritin. These two medicines do pretty much the same thing. There would be a chance of overdosing if you gave your child both of these at the same time.
Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and Claritin (loratadine) are both antihistamines and therefore should not be taken together. Singulair may be taken with diphenhydramine or loratadine, but not with both.
This combination would not be expected to cause any significant drug interaction and would generally be considered safe. As Cipro is a prescription drug, it should only be used (singly or with Claritin) under the supervision of a physician.
I wouldn't give her claritin, it is for people and may cause some serious damage. If its serious visit your vet.. they know best
Mucinex is legal. But the dextromethorphan in it can give a false positive for heroin. But then again, so can poppy seeds. Just means you should avoid bagels and cough syrup before getting tested.
No, you should not take two allergy medications together because you run the risk of causing your sinuses to dry out too much and give you a splitting headache, or of getting too groggy from taking too much allergy medicine.
You should NEVER self prescribe any medications or human drugs and not even Mucinex to your pets. Phone the vets and they will give you more information on what your dog can have. Fish oil tablets are great for your dog, etc.
No. Being pregnant/having a child does not give you the legal right to choose where you live.
I've taken it several times before. The only reaction I have is it makes me very sleepy, but I feel well rested in the morning. I don't recommend taking them together while operating a vehicle or machinery. Otherwise doesn't give me any problems.
just give him benedryl. or claritin. allergy meds. under age 12 givw him one. over age 12. give him two
There are no specific drug interactions between Vicodin (hydrocodone with acetaminophen) and Mucinex (guaifenesin). Drink plenty of water with the Mucinex and remember that the Vicodin can make you drowsy. For more information visit the Related Link.
