No - dogs are very sensitive to the side effects of acetominophen (and all other human medications like Tylenol, Advil, Aleve, Motrin, ibuprofen, aspirin, etc.) and you can cause a fatal stomach ulcer with these medications.
If you feel your dog would benefit from pain medication, you need to make an appointment with your veterinarian. There are safe and relatively cheap drugs available for dogs to manage pain, but you will need a veterinary prescription to get them.
I am not very sure of this answer but using common sense, I don't think that you should give your dog human medicine unless you want to pay a very high vet payment and/or see your dog suffer in a very bad way. That's my opinion.

At the very least licorice will give the dog diarrhea - this happens in humans as well.
