I would not recommend it. It is more respectful to the family of the deceased to give a donation to their faith community as opposed to the sender's. Additionally, the Mass card results in the name of the deceased being mentioned in a religious service that is not part of their custom or beliefs. Would a Catholic want their deceased loved one's name to be a part of a non-Catholic service? Probably not.
It is not appropriate to send a catholic mass card to a non-catholic. Instead, do something meaningful for the intended recipient such as a donation to their church or a favorite charitable organizatio.

A Catholic Mass card is telling the recipient that a certain prayer or prayers are being said at a specific time and place for their loved one. Mass cards are usually given in lieu of flowers at funerals. To get a Mass card you usually give the church a donation. I guess if someone was ill or just going through difficult times a Mass card could be given also; after all prayers are not only for the deceased.
There is no reason why one shouldn't be able to give a Mass card to an Episcopal. However whether or not it would be useful is another question. I would suggest that there is a possibility that a Mass card should be given with the service of an Episcopal church as opposed to a Catholic one.

There are many things one may do to demonstrate that he is proud to a Catholic - in America or anywhere else; the first and most important thing that you must do is BE a good Christian, pray daily, attend Mass and Confession regularly, and put Our Blessed Lord first in your life throughout the day; THEN preach your faith at all times, if necessary use words (as St. Francis said):Vote in line with Catholic teachings:(see link below)Put a bumper sticker on your car - Catholic Radio 1260am (for example)Pray your Rosary as you are taking your daily walks - in hand open for people to see - not hiddenIf people ask if you are "Christian," respond with "Yes, I am Catholic!"Put a Catholic prayer card at your deskWhen people ask what did you do this weekend - include Mass, i.e. went to Mass, then lunch, and then I went to see a play with Grandma
