How about.. uniforms are a social equalizer, that force a deeper development of interpersonal skills, and students learn that character/personality comes from a persons mind, not their shoes.
Wearing school uniforms can promote equality among students, eliminate distractions related to clothing choices, and instill a sense of discipline and unity within the school community.
Uniforms in high school can help promote equality and reduce social pressures related to clothing choices. However, they may also restrict individual expression and creativity. Ultimately, the decision to require uniforms should consider the school's specific goals and values.
Some people believe that school uniforms promote a sense of unity and equality among students, reduce distractions related to clothing choices, and instill a sense of discipline and focus on academics.
Student dress codes can serve to create a conducive learning environment, promote a sense of professionalism, and discourage distractions in the classroom. However, they should be implemented in a fair, non-discriminatory manner and take into account individual expression and cultural sensitivity.

I would definitely agree.
I agree with 'Wiki User'. and would add:- The uniform gives an 'esprit de corps', that is you belong there and like it there. Put commonly it's 'your gang'. Wearing a school uniform teaches you that in the 'big wide world', there are lots of jobs/careers that require you to wear a uniform; the military, the police, medicine, banking to name but a few. So when you leave school wearing a uniform for work does not feel odd/incorrect. It the 'gangs uniform'. So smarten-up, knot your tie, button your jacket, polish your shoes.
i think kids should not wear school uniforms because kids don't like to wear them and kids shouldn't be forced to. kids want to express their own ways and be comfortable in regular clothes. if you are saying you want to wear it, that's okay but I'd rather not getting pushed around. i will say you shouldn't wear them. I think the only reason school make kids wear uniforms is because they want the school to look more organized, professional, or fancy. Also another reason is that when they go on field trips it is easier to find them because they stand out more. I think kids should wear school uniforms because if kids didn't wear uniform everyone would judging each other ( e.g. what is she wearing) if we didn't wear uniform every one would be mean to each other and can't agree on any thing because kids would all fight about who wearing better clothes then other.
uniforms should be banned because, maybe the kids left them at home. what are they going to bring? uniforms are a pain in the *** to be worried about. why bother about uniforms? i go against uniforms in schools. i went to a school that had no uniforms and they still got enough money to go on field trips by selling stuff to us kids so why bother uniforms are a pain to worry about. I hoped this changed your minds about buying uniforms just go to a school with out uniforms...
Not exactly bad but uniforms are a lot of money you go to school to learn not to look smart it's just like wearing own clothes but then trying to look smart at the same time. If you agree tell me :) What about the trench coat Mafia? A trench coat is part of a military uniform.
um i don't know but i think he would not care about the uniforms he would care about us doing well in school. if we think that no uniforms will help us to do better, then that's what he will agree wiht us on.
maybe, but the uniform is a symbolic representation of the school, which makes each school unique and makes everyone, rich or poor, look the same, so there is no discrimination if someone is poor.. because you cant tell.
YESi absolutely hate my school uniform. but i would have to agree that we should wear school uniform. Wearing a school uniform stops people being judged as much for what they wear, also for children who cant afford lots of different clothes, so they would end up wearing the same thing over and over again, it prevents them from being teased/bullied for that.NObecause it is your own right to wear what you wantI don't know why people are trying to make you wear what threy wantit should be your choice.
Yes "I challenge all our schools to teach character education, to teach good values and good citizenship. And if it means that teenagers will stop killing each other over designer jackets, then our public schools should be able to require their students to wear school uniforms."- Bill Clinton
it depends...
