Dogs should not be banned from the city. But big dogs shouldn't be in the city. They need lots of space to excersis. If u can provide that it should be ok. Small dogs would be better for the city. Cities like New York is bad for all dogs. The air isn't healthy for them and they need room to excersis. Though not as much as big dogs.
