I don't recommend it unless he's really into agriculture and this would be some sort of particularly appropriate flower arrangement. Overall, this is a no. Flowers are for girls, but chocolates are for everyone.

Yes, it is sweet to give your boyfriend a valentine.
an ipad
to show him that you love him
Sure. if he is a boyfriend it should be even better than the other ones you give.
i should give him a kiss and a love letter
it depends on the person your giving it to
Kudos to you for not having sex if that is not something you are ready for! There are many romantic things you can do for your boyfriend that do not involve sex. Depending on your money situation, you can take him out to dinner, or make him dinner. You could buy him (or make him) a cookie bouquet. (That seems to be a more appealing bouquet for guys, rather than flowers.) You could also give him a homemade Valentine that he will appreciate, especially if you are crafty. You could write him a love poem and frame it for him. Or you could give him a mix CD - either of all of his favorite songs, or of songs that are special to the two of you.
Well does he have an email if yes write it on his email if no give him a valentine card I gave 1 to my Dad.
Valentine's Day, Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Christmas are all great occasions to give someone you love a beautiful bouquet of flowers or a scrumptious box of chocolates.
Presumably because they are symbolic of romantic love. If the object of your affection has a different favorite flower, you could give a mixed bouquet, or you could give different colored flowers to express different symbolism.
Of course! Your valentine is supposed to be your love interest and when you have a boyfriend he should be your only love interest.
