Yes, however whether or not a particular college will accept you will depend on that college's admissions requirements. Many times you will need to start at a community college first. Contrary to popular belief, even many 4 year colleges do not actually require completion of High School in order to enter, they do however review your coursework in order to make sure that you have taken certain courses and passed them at a certain level. This is because the requirements for achieving a High School Diploma are not uniform across all schools and rarely match up with the requirements for entering college.

I know in the state of CA all you have to do is prove you are over 18 and take the placement testing the college requires of you. Good for you for wanting to go back. Don't let anyone change your mind.
