Why would you choose to have a baby with someone you're not married to?
To answer your question, no, legally you cannot. Most companies will require a couple to be married to cover the partner on their insurance. Even companies that offer "domestic partner benefits" require that they live together. If you do it anyways, it's called insurance fraud.
