Can you have liquor shipped to the USA from Mexico?
The United States will not allow you to ship liquids through the mail, especially liquor. If caught doing so, you could be fined. If you are in Mexico and coming to the US through customs, they will allow you to bring some with you. Depending on the amount, you will have to pay a fee.
You must be 21 to drink and pour liquor. You must be 18 to serve and sell liquor. You can't sell liquor between 2am-6am. You can't sell to an obviously intoxicated person. You can't drive with a .08% BAC or higher. You can't drink in public places. All containers must be sealed and placed in the trunk of your car to transport. Spirits can't be shipped out of state.
RCW Title 66 section 12.030 paragraph (2) says "Nothing in this title shall prevent the transshipment of liquor in interstate and foreign commerce; but no person shall import liquor into the state from any other state or country, except, as herein otherwise provided, for use or sale in the state, except the board."
