No... If it had pethidine or codiene I would be dead because I'm severely allergic to both. And amoxycillin is an antibiotic - they inject that seperately.
I'm not sure however I am allergic to both as well as atracurium
Paracetamol (Tylenol) Calamine lotion Codeine (methylmorphine) Pethidine (meperidine)
No. It is, along with pethidine, the chemical name for Demerol, a completely separate synthetic narcotic.
I am not sure of the question but are you asking if there is Codeine in Co-Proxamol. If you are, then there is no Codeine in Co-Proxamol. Hope this helps.
Yes! My mother is allergic to both.
Yes, doctors and healthcare professionals often times prescribe Oxycodone (Percocet) to patients who are allergic to Codeine/Hydrocodone.
Yes
your probably just allergic to the codeine in the Tylenol 3's
Nope. vicodin contains hydrocodone wich is an extract of codeine
If you are allergic to opiates in general then taking roxicet is a terrible idea, there are tests that can be done to determine if your allergic or not.
It is extremely important to notify your pharmacist of all allergies. If the prescribed medication does contain the ingredient that you're allergic to (like codeine), it's their job to consult with the doctor to find another medication that will be just as effective that does not contain the ingredient that you are allergic to.
