"Scene" hair is rod-straight, so no...but there are cool hairstyles you can do with curly hair.
You can be scene, all you have to do is straighten your hair and tease it.:)
Yes. Having thick hair is best for scene hair. You will be able to tease it better.
You really cant make relaxed hair curly, you have to have natural curly hair. Don't try anything you can damaged your hair really badly putting to many chemicals in it, trust me I have tried
get a perm.
Well any culture can have curly hair really but I think mostly Irish and Scottish people, also African people have curly hair.
all you have to do is perm it and wash it.
well i have very curly hair and i like scene hair! i usually blow dry my short layers straight and my long layers wavey and then i tease my short layers. Oh! and i blowdry my bangs straight to!!
My brother shaved his head and his hair is naturally curly, it finally grew back in and it's really curly. If your hair is naturally curly it will grow back that way.
In my opinion, Chi's. They are very expensive ($100.00) but get really hot which will work great on curly hair!
I am not sure that it is really available, but many magazine and newspaper all says that there is a kind of curly hair pig in Britain, you can see the pictures by the link below: http://www.hairstraightenerfashion.com/article-35-Curly-hair-pig-fashion-style-pig.html
Layers and short will help. If it is curly to begin with, this will really make it curly.
