If you mean 'can you have the same phone number as someone else' - the answer is no (how will the phone network decide if a call is for you or the other person !)
If you mean 'can you keep your number and move to another provider' - the answer is yes. (though with a mobile number you may have to pay a fee)
You can't really get two phone numbers on the same phone. But, you can get an extension phone number plus your regular phone number. Ask your phone service about an extension number for your phone.
