The person can undergo the Reversal Surgery - Tube Reconstruction Surgery.
But the success rates for conceiving after the Tube Reconstruction is very Less if the Tubes were burnt and clipped in the regions other than Isthmus.
There is a High risk of Ectopic Pregnancy after the Tube Reconstruction Surgery which may sometimes be very dangerous.
Tubes clipped - Fallopian tubes are clipped and it is reversible. Tubes cauterized (burned) - Tubes are burned (not reversible). Tubes tied - Doctors don't do this procedure that often, but it is what it is, your fallopian tubes are tied. (reversible but with difficulty and lower success rate)
Hi my name jeanette i has a cut and tube tied for 20 year would i can get pregnent if it does or not ??

You should torture, behead and nuke your tubes just to be sure.

Probably. It depends upon how much of your tubes were burned and how much damage was done. I had my tubes cut and burned...and ultimately had a reversal. I ended up with 4 & 5 centimeters left after the Tubal Reversal, and am currently pregnant and due in 5 weeks!
tubes be undone by tiding and burnt by endoscopy
no it is not dangerous because it could happen but i read somewhere that there is a surgery that you can have to reverse it.

I am not sure what you are asking.Ther are two ways 1.They cut and cauterize your tubes and that is not reversible...2. They put clamps on tubes which just sort of squeezes tube so tight nothing can get through,,which is reversible but is a hard surgery and long recuperation.Even with surgery it is not guaranteed that you can conceive..
The result of this procedure is permanent and cannot be reversed.
If you're referring to 'sterilisation' - yes. The two simplest methods of sterilisation in women is either the have the fallopian tubes tied or cauterised. Both methods can usually be done via 'key-hole' surgery.
Tubule ligation
