Depends on your career choices. Say you want to be a doctor and a tour guide. You can't be both because both jobs take a lot of devotion. You can have more than one job. Like one job in the morning and the other in the afternoon.

Yes, its possible to have two careers. You could, for instance, have two part-time jobs in different sectors. Some people have a portfolio career where they combine different types of working styles. Somebody with experience say in nursing could work as an employed nurse, freelance lecturer, occasional trainer/teacher or writer or consultant (these are just examples).
There are lots of sectors and occupations where a portfolio career is possible.
