You can file for a lost or junk title
Both parties must agree to the sale and sign the title if the title says "and". If it says "or" you can sell it with just one owner's signature on the title.
Number of owners the car had in it's lifetime
All of the owners of the car have to sign to transfer it or sell it, and that includes donating it.
LENDERS repo cars. Co-owners on the TITLE, take possession. NOT co-signors on the loan, but CO-OWNERS ON THE TITLE.
