Yes, turkey is ok on phase 2 (500 cal/day) of the HCG diet. While it's not on the original list of approved foods, reputable websites like hcgdietdirect.com and hcgdietfriends.com have added it to their sample diets.
For the phase 2 of your HCG diet, you can always try black coffee (I recommend the organic one) or organic tea in your breakfast on the third day after you've taken the HCG Injection for your phase 2. I also recommend that you try organic vegies for snack such as lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers, celeries or an apple to maintain your weight loss control.
