yes there are many ways. if you have a tape player you can just buy the tape adapter that plugs into any headphone jack ex. mp3, portable CD player etc. you can also buy a FM transmitter they run from about $10-$45 depending on features that you want they plug directly into the headphone jack of your mp3 and you just turn your radio to the station that the FM transmitter is set to and you have mp3s in your car. there are also adapters for factory radios that can add mp3 integration. if you want an aftermarket radio, there are plenty of options for mp3 playing. the cheapest and easiest is the FM or casette adapter.
crutchfield has a very good selection of all of the above mentioned options here is the link to their mp3 page just copy and paste the address

Radio in 1990 Lexus LS400 stopped working, possible answer?
If you do not have it written down in the owner's manual, you need to contact a LEXUS DEALER. You will more than likely need the serial# off the radio. That will require removing the radio. Check with Lexus to b sure.
You have to remove the air vents/hazard lights/defrost button with a screwdriver and then there are 2 bolts that you take out above the radio and that's it.
If the code is not in the owner's manual then call the nearest dealer and tell them the VIN #. They can trace it.
Its fairly simple. you will need to unscrew your dash and pull off the front plate of your dash, then you will need to unscrew the stock radio, then you will need to go ahead and pull out the adapter from the back of your radio. Next you will need to attach your adapter harness to your car harness and splice the color coded wires to the harness on your new CD player.-Shocker

Color codes for Lexus is300 radio
I had the same problem, no radio or blower or heater controls. It was fuse f11, on the top row of the two, nearest the back. It looked ok, but when I changed it anyway, they all worked again. Hope this helps
