If the Gross Combination Weight Rating of the two vehicles (power unit and trailer) is in excess of 26,000 lbs., then no.
The manufacture of Hot Shot says not to mix hot shot with R12 but I know several people that have mixed R12 and Hot Shot in their car Air conditioners without any problem.
You can have a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) without a Hazardous Materials Endorsement, but you have not have the HazMat Endorsement without a CDL.
Can I drive a farm dumptruck without a cdl in Washington State
If you're operating a vehicle requiring a CDL licenced operator without having a CDL, yes, it is a traffic violation, and one which can cost you dearly, as well.
Yes you can but getting a CDL is fairly easy and well worth it. I am owner of Skidmore Express and we have hotshots as well as semi trucks. I offer a dispatch service which means I find freight for small 1 or 2 man companies. I will not take drivers without a CDL because that means they will not be able to haul enough weight to make good money and stay loaded. Ideally you want to be able to haul 15 to 20k on your trailer minimum. Not having a CDL means you will be limited from 8 to 11k and also you will be limited on length which means fewer loads available to you.
No, you cannot.

No.
You can get a CDL. The difficult part will be finding employment.
Vehicle length is not a factor in determining whether or not a CDL is required.
You could teach classes pertaining to the written tests, but you couldn't teach the on-road portion or any other portion of the training which involved actually operating the vehicle. CDL students on a permit must be supervised by a fully licensed CDL driver, and you can't even be in actual physical control of a CMV without a CDL.
A CDL license is required to drive a skid loader. Many employers will require a CDL to get positions that require the operation of a skid loader.
