Injecting pills or anything meant to be swallowed (taken orally) is a bad idea. There are insoluble material (like talc) that is used to bind a pill together. Injecting this insoluble powder can clog blood vessels and cause infarctions (stroke, heart attack, etc...).

Additionally, there are dyes (coloring agents) that are intended to pass through the intestines, not eh veins, what these dyes will do internally is unknown and untested.

The chemical in Adderall is basically amphetamine (4 slightly different types). This is a Schedule-II substance (highly controlled). Using it in a manner inconsistent with the doctor's intentions is likely illegal.

So to answer your question, you can inject many different things into your body, it doesn't mean that it is safe, smart or legal to do so,

Yes... but don't do it

Methamphetamine is a water soluble (and extremely dangerous) drug and thus, may be delivered intervenously. But, as I said above, don't do it. Meth is among the worlds most addictive (and life-ruining) drugs on the planet. If you need far less addictive (but equally as powerful... almost) stimulants, consider Amphetamines like Adderall, Ritalin, Concerta, Biphentin, etc. Talk to your doctor... but, assuming that your in the states and don't have one, these can easily be bought on the street (usually near High Schools and Colleges). If you need Amphetamines but do not have a condition such as ADHD (I'm assuming you have a genuine need), begin with experimental dosages. For example, safe experimental dosages for Adderall would be as follows: one, ten Mg tab everyday for seven days; then continue this seven day cycle increasing the dosage by five every seven days; taking only orally.
