This is called a hyperlink, I'm afraid it's not possible unless you are allowed to post a hyperlink from Microsoft Word for example, and with it being a hyperlink already on the program and paste it in the profile page, it's not possible otherwise as WikiAnswers doesn't provide a hyperlink feature in the profile pages.
