Yes.. can basically swap any motor as long as the drive train physically fits however, you would be much better swapping with either a 5.0 liter 302 V8 which is also a Ford or a LS motor from a corvette. Both are much more established swaps with existing kits that make it MUCH MUCH easier than trying it with a different engine. Besides you will get alot more power out of either of those two power plants than you could out of a 4.0 liter ford engine
