Yes, according to the official website, the latest versions of Turbo C++ will work on Windows Vista.
If it has the minimum RAM and hard drive space, you can.
That edition of Windows Vista does not exist. Windows Vista exists in two editions for home users: Windows Vista Home Basic and Windows Vista Home Premium.

No, it is compatiable with vista home premium, I have had it.
No. Also, note concerning Windows Vista - you must also be sure that Vista will run on the old hardware (it probably will not) before you try to install it. Also, Vista was one of the worst versions of Windows that Microsoft ever released it is 'huge' and buggy.

You can not install IE6 on Windows Vista.
THere is no such OS called windows premium., but in vista there are many flavours called vista basic, home premium and vista ultimate. In these variations the higher you go the more extra features u get and obviously the more you pay for it. LIke vista basic does have windows aero and home premium does not have dream scenes, bit locker etc which ultimate has., but the basic OS is the same. :)
Upgrade implies that you have to have a copy of Vista home premium in order to install upgrade. Full version is comprehensive and does not require you to have any OS in advance.
No.
Home Basic does not contain aero special effects, but, Premium contains it. Visit www.vistahunt.com for any doubts on Vista.
