Some of the parts yes. However there is a difference in the 1985 versus the 1986 and newer front body parts. Also the instrument cluster for the 1986 and newer will not work in a 1985 or older. Salavage yards / Auto Recyclers use an interchange tool called the Hollander interchange. The website Car-part.com is where most post their inventory. You can look up a particular part and run a search for it. In the parts are interchangeable and are displayed by model and year. Those results should give you a good frame of reference of which parts are interchangeable for your application.
If its a small block it's endless. Small block parts interchange alot.
Yes I believe actually the 1986 to 1992 Volvo 240 4 doors are all interchangeable parts but I'm not sure for 1985 and earlier models.
As long as the 350 block is under the year 1986. Then all of the external engine parts will interchange. The heads and intake will also interchange. The CRANK AND RODS AND PISTONS WILL NO INTERCHANGE.
Where is starter relay on a 1986 volvo 240gl
No they will not interchange.
1986-1997
You need to be more specific. They share a high parts similarity, but they are not entirely identical, and it also depends on which engine each is equipped with.
1987-1988 is the only years i know that will interchange. i have a 1988 KDX 200 with a 1985 model engine and it runs just fine. I do have a 1988 engine for parts if you need something
