Can you just wear the eye contact without the eyedrop?

If you are talking about soft contact lenses, and the lens is completely hydrated...like it just fell out of your eye and you want to put it back in, AND you cannot possibly get to your supplies or stop anywhere and get new supplies BUT you still need to drive with contacts...then I would say...go ahead and put it in your eye and then head to the nearest place to sterilize your contact and use an eye wash.

You can get infections in your eyes from unsterilized contacts. When they fall out, they pick up teeny particles that can scratch your conrneas.

So if this is a true emergency, go ahead for a short time...but in any other situation the answer is no. I suggest you get the daily contacts and carry an extra pair wherever you go.
