Ultimatley the answer is yes, but u have to keep it in an enviroment that is suitable for its phsyical and mental health, therefore to most ppl interested in getting one dont as u cant keep it and it will turn aggressive as it ages, they should be left to the wild these poor intelligent creatures, and at worst case a zoo, u want a monkey?? Tough go to the zoo and see one like a normal responsible adult.
