No the age difference is not that big... i understand your concerns but it sounds like they are both in high school.... if they decide to go fartherthan they should... they will pay the conseequences in the end.... TRYING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION WILL ONLY MAKE HER HATE YOU...DONT DO ANYTHING
!!!
if your 18 your an adult they can not strip your rights away its illegal for them to do so. so do what ever you want
Yes. The girl is legally the same as a 5 or 6 year old. She is still a child under the control of the parents.
Of course not!
yup, deal with it.
Legally there is not much. They can restrict the daughter's ability to go out, but they have no control over him. Both are over the age of consent, so it is difficult to do anything legally unless there are criminal activity going on.
Your home, your rules, the daughter should not have invited him into her bed, so she is responsible as an 18year old woman that has disrespected her parents home! Just ask the man to leave without a fuss and have a talk with your daughter!! As long as your daughter is not a part owner of the house you can have him removed from the home. Unless there was violence involved you cannot have him arrested just for being there, that is not right. As far as keeping him away from the house, you could put a restraining order against him. But, that will not keep your daughter away from him. She is legally an adult, therefore, you have no legal rights over her anymore.
A 17 year old mother is considered emancipated and thereby can legally make the decision to move away from her parents home with her child.
Not until the age of 18.
Dating is not statutory rape so no. Get a restraining order to keep him away.
No. They can keep their child from him but they have no right to keep him from his child.
Legally yes, parents have the power to control there children till they are 18 and legal adults. but i would go as far to say that you would still have to list to them if you plan to live under there roof when you become of age 18
Depends where you are. Here in the UK the answer is yes.
