Depends on how old you are but either way will you need parental permission. If it's far away from your parents someone should have temporary custody at least so they have the right to make medical decisions on your behalf in case something happens. And your friends parents would need to get child support for you from your parents. That is done in court.

Can you move out at 14. Even if its to a friends house?

In most places, a person cannot legally move out on their own before the age of 18. It is important to discuss any concerns or issues with a trusted adult or seek help from local authorities if needed. Staying with a friend's family without parental permission may not be legally permitted and could lead to complications.

In the State of Kentucky can a 16-year-old live with a friend and her family without her parents' consenting to the move?

Not legally. If you're parents report you missing, the police can pick you up and arrest the family.

Can a 15 year old move with her friends parents in texas?

In Texas, a 15-year-old can only move in with someone else if their parents or legal guardians agree to it. If the parents of the minor and the friend's parents agree, they can petition the court for a legal guardianship or custody arrangement. Otherwise, it would not be legally permissible.

Can a 15 year old make it that she can live with a friend instead of at home?

That depends on the law where you live and whether the mother has both sole physical and sole legal custody of the child. If she does not, she would need permission of the court and the other parent to legally allow it and depending on the custody order, she may have to get the court's permission for such a move even if she has sole custody in both areas. She should consult her custody order or an attorney for more information.

Is it legally to move out of your parents' without their consent house at 16 or 17 in Ohio?

No. You have to be 18 or have a legal guardian appointed. In some cases a minor may live with another adult relative or friend of the family, with the parents permission.

Can a 15-year-old in Florida move in with a friend or grandparent without the mother's consent but does have the father's?

If both parents have custody, then they have an equal say, and you would need permission from both. If only Mom has custody, then you certainly could not move out without her consent. If only Dad has custody, then I suppose you could move in with someone else with just his consent. And Mom could then petition the court and request that she be awarded custody, and her request would very likely be granted.

Can you legally drive a friend's car if you are under your parent's insurance and said car is insured by your friends family?

You would be covered by the insurance on your friend's car if you are driving it with their permission. To be safe, get the parents' permission, not just your friend's. It may be that your friend can't give a legally binding permission.
