You can if they have a license, and are insured.
you can't sue him if he had your permission to drive car. you need to collect from your insurance company. if you don't have insurance - you're outta luck.
yes as long as the poss. are not bolted or fastened to the the car. if thay are you have to leave them.
no one knows
no u can not get sued because they really let u have the car. Now if u stole it u can get sued
I don't know I bought a car but it will not let me drive the car
I might say it depends. trucks=NO sedans=maybe ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ...but i would not let an 8 yr old drive a car.
The owner of the vehicle will be held responsible for the damage. The owner certainly has the right to go after the driver for compensation.
You don't. Let your friend register his own vehicle.
You have to read your contract to find that out. You can offer to catch up the payments and keep on trucking - if they will let you do that. I once bought a car from a supposed friend and a repo man show up at my door a year later to repo the car because my friend had a loan on it and hadn't paid. I wouldn't let them have it. The repo people got the Sheriff to come out and get it anyway. I got srowd by my ex friend Jerry G.
you will
You have to pay because you let them drive you car so it is your fault!
As long as the car is in your name, you are financially responsible. Better to let the friend pay for the insurance and YOU keep it current.
