No.
You have to play on ranked, or social matchmaking.
Up to two players can play in the Co-Op Campaign mode on Halo: Combat Evolved.
You can use that during campaign scoring mode along with other skulls to rack up points more easily... if they are not silver skulls. silver skulls are used to just have fun during campaign mode.
After playing the campaign go to theater mode and fast forward or whatever you need to do and set up the screen and press the picture or screenshot button to take a picture.
Skulls can be found in every level of halo 3. Once you find the skull in the level, you can simply pick it up the same way you would grab a weapon. Each skull can be turned on in the campaign setup menu. They all change the gameplay in a diffent way. Gold skulls can award achievements and when turned on, they will increase the score for the level's score achievement.
The fastest way to rank up is to boost in campaign. Search "halo reach campaign boosting" on youtube =)
The skulls on halo 2 and 3 activate funny effects and mostly make the campaign mode more challenging for the most experienced players like me. wow someone has a silver spoon up his ass

If you meant to become invincible, there is a piece of equipment you can pick up in Campaign called Invincibility. It's dropped by Brute Chieftains and renders the user invincible for 12 seconds. The other way to become invincible is edit the settings in Forge or Custom Games. You can set your level of health, your recharge rate, your level of shielding, your ammo, your movement, and your damage. For health, damage, and ammo, you can set all of those to infinite if you so please.
start up halo 3 once on the main menu go to the to the top of all the options and click on solo campaign any select a difficulty and start playing!
Halo Reach is about the planet where all Spartans are sent, trained and live. Throughout the campaign you are sent to investigate a possible covenant invasion and ultimately wind up sent to deliver "Cortana" [the Master Chief's AI throughout halo CE and 3] to Captain Keyes on the Pillar of Autumn. The Campaign mode is roughly 6-10 hours depending on your style of play.
