Yes. I've done that with two women and two men--average of 180 pounds each. Hard part is getting them to believer you can do it safely for the first time. First time, best is to have them stand on sidwalk, and you in street 6" inches lower -- then put a forearm under each persons' upper thigh, and encourage them to sit back on your forearm. Have them put an arm around your neck. Don't pinch their legs--just have them sit on your arm like they're sitting on a rail. THey're inclined to feel safer and will allow you to carry them longer. Do this somewhere in public sometime--and watch other women's eyes--pure lust for that kind of physical power and strength.
