For a bike in that price range - unlikely. It can probably be adjusted to a stiffer setting though.
you unlock the lock collar at the top and take all the wait off the back suspension then just adjust the lower ring thebn tighten the lock collar back down

Not really. There's no hinge for it, and no place for the suspension to go. You'd basically have to cut the bike apart to create the hinge to allow the suspension to move, and then you'd have to build the attachment points for the suspension. It's really not worth the huge effort it'd take.

First of all, lock nuts are cheap and should be replaced after they are removed because they do not perform well after removal. To answer the question, it is probably fine to reuse them, but it really defeats the purpose of a lock nut. They will work themselves loose.
I do have a 2000 S 430 Benz and there is an electrical short that affect kill my battery and the suspension!
there is a catch just under the lock just under the back lock
Most attache case locks are glued and screwed in and the case liner glued over the back of the lock. These locks can be removed and a like lock pressed back in.
no because it didnt have the technology back then . back then they had manual roll up windows with a lever , and they had to pull down each lock to lock each side.

The lock has to be open, turn the lock to the back side, flip the lever on the bottom up and to the left, set the new combo, push the lever on the back to the right and your done.
