Before you use this diet, i would like you to be aware that it is not easy. you will feel tired during the day and will feel like you have no energy. however, it is extremly affective and you could lose 10 pounds in 10 days if you follow this very strictly. i know because i have done it myself.
your caloric daily intake is limited to 300-400 calories a day. not a calorie more!
breakfast:
-hot water with a spritz of lemon(boosts your metabolism)
-1 slice of whole wheat toast
lunch: steamed vegetables with steamed chicken(NO sauce!)
dinner: salad with balsamic vinaigrette and fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers.
if you are determined to do it and you follow these strict plans, it is possible. REMEMBER: you can do this! and drink 2-3 litres of water per day so you arent losing just water weight!
