Go on a veggie/lean meat/ fruit/ complex carbs diet. Meaning whole wheat breads, pastas, rice, and oatmeal. Eat lowfat yogurts, cheeses, and milk. Take your weight, multiply it by 13, and you will find your daily calorie intake. For ex: 110 x 13= 1430 calories a day. Also, exercise. BIG plus. Do situps, running/jogging..weight resistance training as in pushups, pullups, etc. Workout for 30 min.- 60 min. A day. Swim, rock climb, ride bikes, it doesn't matter, just keep MOVING! Basically, chop off a few limbs, then your set. Come on, what kind of question is this? Not possible, hun. Sorry. You CAN'T! DO NOT TRY IT! It would be extremely unhealthy to try it. It is safer to lose it slowly such as 2 punds a week. Answer gastric bypass surgery i dont think u can but i have lost up to 10! u need to fast no water no food the 1st 5 lbs are water weight soo its like losing 5 accual lbs! hope i helped! o.k. first off DRINK YOUR WATER!!! you should never stop drinking water, as it is very dangerous and you will develope health problems/die far more quickly from dehydration than starving yourself! it's not possible to lose that much in a week. think how long it takes you to gain that much, you need at least that long to lose it and KEEP it off. when you starve yourself, your body goes into starvation mode and any calorie you have when you start eating, your body will hang onto as your metabolism will slow down. instead, eat sensibly, start exercising, and you will slowly see results. i know it sucks, but if you dont want to be sick and be proud of keeping the weight off, this is what you have to do!! hang in there and RESEARCH!! ther's so much information out there, take what works best for you and use it to your advantage! good luck! Drinking water (8 - 8 ounce glasses per day or more if you are perspiring) BUT, drinking too much water will rob you are nutrients in your body! The simplest way to lose weight is a good diet. If you want to lose a little faster than cut out ALL yeast products (cookies, breads, cakes, etc.) You will see the weight drop off quicker, but certainly not in an unhealthy manner. In six weeks introduce a small amount of yeast back into your system, but not a lot. Exercise is also important. There are no quick fixes to lose weight with the exception of stomach stabling and believe me, you don't want to go there!

It is nearly impossible to lose that much weight in that short period of time but If you are very determined, it can be done by lowering your caloric intake to below 1000 calories a day, and exercising allot. The goal is to burn more calories than you eat. Some people try the cracker diet consisting of a small portion of wheat crackers for every meal drinking about a gallon of water a day and a lot of cardio. This is a crash diet and should only be used for people who really need to lose the weight. It may not be safe for everyone and one should first speak with a family doctor or nutritionist before undergoing such extreme measures of dieting.
