yes due to fiber content
This resembles a question I answered a few minutes ago, about eating apples to lose weight. Oats are a food that is high in fiber. An all oat diet would result in diarrhea. Oats are a healthful part of a diet as long as you do not overdo it. Eat a varied diet, but eat a smaller amount, if you wish to lose weight.
That would depend on what your eating disorder is, if it is that you are prone to overeating, it is going to be difficult to lose weight, on the other hand, if you have a eating disorder like anorexia or bulimia, you will lose weight.
I am not sure. But I know it is bad for you!

Not eating can cause weight loss, but it is a very unhealthy way to lose weight. Eating healthy foods and smaller portions will have a safer outcome.
You don't lose weight after eating MSG. MSG makes you fat because it throws your metabolism it of wack.
Yes
by not eating
Yes You can lose weight eating anything as long as you are burning more calories than you are taking in.
I lost heaps of weight when I started eating more oats and less bread, oats are yummy as with sultanas and shiz, and they fill you up hardcore. If you want them heaps creamy, get oat bran and have about one third oat bran and two thirds oats. That being said, oats seem to make me feel more energetic than other sources of carbs, so I tend to exercise more when I've had oats for breakfast.
