It is advisable to hand-wash pure wool, just to be absolutely safe. However, many modern washing machines have a "wool" cycle which is gentle enough to handle pure wool. Place the garment in a mesh washing bag (usually found in the laundry section of a supermarket) and use Wool Wash. It should be fine.
NNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
It should say on the tag, but to be safe, I would wash it in cold and lat flat to dry.
A cashmere sweater requires real delicate care. It has to be dry cleaned or it would have to be washed in a washing machine under delicates and hand dryed.Wow NO!You can dry clean or hand wash (in cold water) a cashmere sweater. A washing machine is not a good solution at all.
You could machine wash it but I would recommend washing it gently by hand based on the fact that it could very easily shrink.
I wash it like washing my sweater.
No. You cannot hand wash the sweater dress. It's dry clean only.
Yes, you can actually was the sweater like any other sweater. The only thing you can't do is dry it. This will cause the wires to split
you can wash together whatever you want, but i suggest washing each separately. Unless the sweater is a sport material. Each fabric has its own preferred setting
no its unacceptable to wash a wool blanket in a machine
It is both. It is a piece of equipment used to wash clothes and it is a machine used to wash clothes.
Yes. but if you wash it with cold water it will shrink. Cold water and 1 1/2 cups of salt. It stops the color(s) from running. After washing in cold water spread out on a sweater rack, and if you don't have one, spread it out on a thick towel then roll the towel to get the excess dampness out of the sweater; put on another dry thick towel and spread sweater across it to air dry (gently pull sweater into shape and run palms down the sweater to get any wrinkles out.)
Yes but I would read the instructions on the wool wash you use so the garment doesn't shrink.
Hand wash in cold water, dry flat.
