The answer to this question..as the law stands in England is yes i am able to mail medicines.Though not all medicines may be mailed but if they have been prescribed for the recipient by a qualified Dr/Practitioner then i would be able to mail them...and then only if they are safe to go through the mail system.i.e...nothing toxic, imflamable or any pollutants would be allowed to be mailed by me.If i were to mail medicines that do not fit into any of these categories,to the person to whom they have prescribed it is allowed under british law to be sent through the Royal Mail system. If i were going to be mailing medicines to the prescribed recipient, yet i was mailing them from a country outside the UK to the UK,1st i would need to be sure that these types of medicines are "allowed" into the UK and are not classified as an illegal/dangerous substance over here and that no laws were going to be broken by me if i mailed them to be delivered here from whichever country i were to be posting them from...and also to make sure that the medicines are "allowed" in the country from which i would be sending them to the UK from.If i were to mail medicines which were prescribed to anybody other than the named recipient then i would be commiting the criminal offence, punishable in a British Court of Law of supplying a prescribed/controlled substance and may also be committing "smuggling" offences (especially if sent from one country to another). So there you haveit..the answer to the question is "yes" and also "no"..depending which the countries laws are from which they were sent from and received into...i may be liable to face charges from both countries...so,if you are asked ..albeit by a relative,close-friend or colleague to send them some of those great pills which your doctor prescribed to you, which seemed a miricle cure and indeed what the patient might actually need, the best thing for you to do is to say "no"...avoids any confusion and misunderstandi misunderstanding ....nobody should take any medicines without 1st seeing their doctor..YOU MUST NEVER SHARE YOUR MEDICINE WITH ANYONE ELSE..EVEN IF THEYRE SYMPTOMS SEEM THE SAME OK..IT COULD KILL THEM .AND THEN YOU MAY FACE A MURDER CHARGE..HMM SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT EH???
