Get Sims 2 Body Shop for PC, choose a male, pick tight underwear, call it something upload it, go the Sims file, find 'Projects'. Choose what you called the project, choose the second image edit it, paint it all black. Save it, go to body shop, open the project again. Publish it to the game, play, if you chose it to be underwear, go to the underwear file then pick it, same with female.
It will get rid of blur.
you can also press ctrl+shift+c and type this code "intprop censorgridsize 0"

∙ 13y agoI hate to answer this for obvious reasons... but there are skin packs out and around the internets that are known to get rid of these blurrs... next time if you want this kind of info just Google it...

∙ 13y agoYou can do this by using the boolProp cheat. This is sometimes (rarely) convenient when designing certain types of accessories, but will not get you anywhere if you are looking for a cheap thrill. The Sim's bodies are a "Barbie" design and there is nothing there to see.

On the original Sims you could have your Sim do any action that would then make them naked but not blurred at the same time and while they were naked use the move anything cheat code (PC) and move say, the shower they are in, you then get a nice glimpse of what isn't there. The reason you have to do it like this is that once they are in the shower the blur "Goes away" and then you move the object blocking you Line of Sight and then you are good to go.
